Core Aeration

Core Aeration is the process of mechanically removes "cores" of soil from your lawn. This gives your lawn a fresh start to the season by reducing soil compaction, and starts the process of allowing more moisture and oxygen in. All pulled "cores" are left on the lawn, and will slowly dissolve back into the lawn. Core Aerations are a great way to start growing healthy and full!

Power Rake and Vac

Power raking and Vacuuming is the process of the removing of the unwanted layer of dead thatch from your lawn. The power rake pulls a thick layer of thatch from the lawn, raking it to the top surface. The power vacuum collects all thatch from the lawn areas and is hauled away. By removing all thatch, leaves and debris your lawn will be able to absorb the nutrients required to kick-start the growing process.

Overseeding

Overseeding is the process of spreading grass seed onto your lawn to help fill in any thin or patchy spots. Creating a luscious, healthy lawn with no room for weeds to grow. 

For optimal results, we recommend core aeration before your overseeding application. This allows the seed to settle in the soil and retain all the moisture it needs to grow into the the greenest lawn on your block!

Overseeding Aftercare

Your seeds are going to need plenty of moisture to germinate. Don't let them dry out! During dry periods, daily watering is required.
Avoid foot traffic on the lawn for at least one month.
Wait 10-14 days after germination to mow your lawn.
